✌my personal goals✌
Hey lovies! I made a list of things that I want to improve on and I thought that I'd share it with you! I want you to get inspired by these goals and remember that goals are self-improvement and motivation. Especially in quarantine feeling motivated and inspired is important to hold onto.
Some of these are long term and some of these are short term. They all vary but bring me clarity of what I want to do with myself and focus on.
1. Start a super successful business of my own- kinda vague ik but I do want to be a business owner of some kind
2. Get better at yoga- the app Yoga has really helped me I love it so much it is simple to use
3. Get more flexible
4. Go to bed earlier- my sleep schedule is like 12- 7:30 and then on weekends 12-11 hahahahhah
5. Stop snacking- eating, when you are hungry, is good, but just snacking when you really need a full meal isn't
6. Read more
7. Go on more walks
8. Stop binging Netflix and youtube- find better ways to relax
9. Drink a ton more water- I have a goal of 64oz a day which for me is hard to hit but the app WaterLama makes it rewarding and fun to drink water
10. Spend more time with friends (safely)- check out my safe hangout ideas post
11. Spend more time with my grandparents
12. Have a more successful Pinterest account- follow me at sussiemargaret
These are kind of the steps to a mental and physical glow up! I think it gives me a clear look at the main thing I want to improve which is fitness that's other than ballet. The building blocks to being a healthy dancer and a generally centered person. I feel like these are pretty even goals for my mind and body which is good because I feel like people need balance! remember to follow and comment to see more of me! Xoxoxo ttyl
